It’s almost fall (my favorite season)! I seriously love this time of year. This month is Hispanic Heritage month, so we’ll read a book written by a Hispanic author. We’ll also read a book set in the area in which you live.

As always, the books listed are merely suggestions, and you are not limited to only the books I have listed. Also, I haven’t read all of the suggested books. Some of them I pulled from other reader’s lists because the synopsis sounded interesting. Do your due diligence to check trigger warnings, etc before jumping in. Happy reading!

Prompt #1: Read a book by a Hispanic author

It’s National Hispanic Heritage Month so, naturally, we’ll read a book by a Hispanic author.

Prompt #2: Read a book set where you currently live.

It’s always fun to imagine characters walking around places you are familiar with. Read a book – any genre – that is set in the city/state/region where you currently live.Since the number of books are limitless, I won’t be offering suggestions.
